About us

Who We Are

The Forum for Nigerian Nurses and Midwives Abroad (FNNMA) is a global professional association that unites Nigerian nurses and midwives living and working outside Nigeria. We provide a supportive network that fosters growth, promotes collaboration, and strengthens the voice of Nigerian healthcare professionals around the world.

Our Mission

To connect, empower, and support Nigerian nurses and midwives abroad through education, mentorship, advocacy, and global engagement.

Our Vision

To be the leading global platform for Nigerian nurses and midwives recognized for advancing professional excellence, leadership, and humanitarian service.

Our Story

The Forum for Nigerian Nurses and Midwives Abroad was founded by a group of passionate Nigerian healthcare professionals who recognized the challenges nurses face when relocating abroad licensing processes, cultural adjustment, and professional isolation.

What began as a small support group has grown into a vibrant global community spanning multiple countries. Today, FNNMA continues to bridge gaps, share knowledge, and advocate for the professional and personal well-being of its members.
